Steel water tanks and reservoirs, supplied and built on site.
We build bolted, zinc-coated steel water tanks for farms, businesses, institutions and communities across Zimbabwe, from household storage to large irrigation reservoirs. Our own team assembles every tank on site, fits a waterproof liner and finishes it with the roof and fittings your water system needs.
Typical uses:
- Irrigation reservoirs for farms and orchards
- Borehole and bulk water storage
- Livestock and domestic water supply
- Rainwater harvesting
- Fire-fighting water reserves
- Schools, clinics, mines and industrial sites
How we build your tank:
- Site visit and sizing. We confirm the capacity you need, the best position for the tank and access for delivery.
- Base preparation. The ground is cleared, levelled and compacted, with a sand bed or concrete ring base to suit the size of the tank.
- Wall assembly. Curved steel panels are bolted together ring by ring, with stiffening rings for strength.
- Liner. A heavy-duty PVC liner is fitted inside to keep the tank watertight and the water clean.
- Roof and fittings. A steel roof keeps out sunlight, debris and evaporation. We fit inlet, outlet and overflow pipework, valves and access ladders.
- Fill and handover. The tank is filled and checked for leaks before we hand it over.
Why steel tanks?
- Quick to build compared with concrete reservoirs
- Panels are delivered flat, so they reach remote sites easily
- Can be extended, relocated or re-lined later
- Sized to your needs, from small tanks to large reservoirs
